UC Davis Continuing and Professional EducationThe majority of both Candidates and Mentors are eligible to purchase units from the UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education office during their first two years in Induction. Early Completion Option candidates are only eligible for units during their first year of Induction. The enrollment period is from June 1st-June 30th each year. All eligible participants must purchase their units during this enrollment period. Candidates may purchase 9 quarter/6 semester units and Mentors may purchase 8 quarter/5.33 semester units. Instructions on how to register are emailed to every eligible participant at the end May by our Program Manager. Both former and current candidates may purchase transcripts for their units by visiting the UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education transcript website. Please note: UC Davis and UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education are separate institutions. Be sure to use the link provided to order the appropriate transcripts. |
Column (Horizontal) Salary Movement Deadlines by District
Official transcripts from colleges or universities must be received by the Human Resources Office by a certain deadline of each school year for which horizontal/column advancement has been requested. Each district has a different requirement for submitting a change in classification (salary placement). Be sure you read your bargaining agreement and/or confirm with your HR department prior to purchasing any units.

- This date is for column changes effective September 1st. Transcripts received between September 1-December 31, column changes shall be effective January 1st.
